288wim Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Online Casino & Betting Rules

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and use the 288wim platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 288wim does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, bet, or receive winnings. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of any other person, business entity, or third party.
• You must not already hold an active 288wim account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds held within them may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, valid mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or similar restriction at 288wim or any associated platform at the time of registration.

288wim reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid Pakistani identity document (CNIC or NICOP), proof of address, or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

Your 288wim account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 288wim will never ask you for your password by any channel.

• Do not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in will be treated as authorised by you.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 288wim immediately via live chat or at support@288wim.bet. We will take appropriate steps to secure your account.
• 288wim recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account. Instructions are available in your account security settings.
• You must not attempt to access another member's account under any circumstances. Any such attempt constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

288wim supports the following PKR deposit methods for players in Pakistan:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit unless one is set through your account's responsible gaming controls.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 288wim does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Deposits are credited to your 288wim account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
• 288wim does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside 288wim's control.
• 288wim reserves the right to verify the source of funds for any deposit. You may be asked to provide evidence that deposited funds come from a legitimate source.

4. Withdrawals

288wim processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no fee charged by 288wim on withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to 2 banking days.
• Before processing your first withdrawal, 288wim may require identity verification. You will be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC or NICOP. This is a one-time requirement and is done to protect the security of your account.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your name. 288wim does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• If a bonus has been claimed, any applicable wagering requirements must be met before the corresponding funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus are stated in the relevant bonus terms at the time of claiming.
• 288wim reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing if there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms while the matter is investigated.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

288wim offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. The following general terms apply to all 288wim bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion details:

• Each bonus is available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes fraud and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and possible account closure.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• 288wim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to evidence of bonus abuse.
• Certain bet types, game categories, or markets may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward wagering requirements. This will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• The 288wim Refer a Friend bonus — currently Rs 2,000 per qualifying referral — is subject to the referral programme terms available on the Refer a Friend page.

6. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 288wim platform are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules that apply:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

288wim reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet placed on the platform. Bets are only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that are not confirmed by the system are not valid, regardless of any displayed odds at the time of attempted placement.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet. 288wim strives to maintain accurate and competitive odds at all times. In the event that an obvious pricing error occurs, 288wim reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during a live event. Bets placed before the suspension point are valid. Any bets placed after the event has concluded — due to a delay in suspending a market — will be voided and stakes returned.

6.4 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled before it commences, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If a sporting event is postponed, bets will remain valid for a period of 48 hours. If the event does not take place within that window, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless 288wim's specific sport rules state otherwise.

6.5 Maximum Payout

Single bets are subject to a maximum payout of Rs 5,000,000 per event. Accumulator bets are subject to a combined maximum payout of Rs 10,000,000. These limits apply across all sports and markets at 288wim.

7. Casino and Live Casino Rules

The following rules apply to all casino and live casino games available on 288wim:

• All casino games at 288wim use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real physical equipment managed by professional dealers. The integrity of all games is maintained at all times.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each casino game are displayed within the game interface. 288wim may adjust these limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, 288wim reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account. This decision is final.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided and the account may be closed.
• Strategy-based play (card counting, pattern detection) is not grounds for account restriction in RNG games. However, 288wim reserves the right to limit or close accounts that demonstrate a consistent pattern of exploitative play on live dealer tables.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 288wim platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Underage use: Allowing any person under 18 years of age to access your account or use the platform in any way.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account on 288wim under any name, email, phone number, or identity.
• Money laundering: Using 288wim deposits and withdrawals to disguise or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. 288wim complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
